How do online doctor consultations work?
New health care services now include innovative ways to improve patient’s methods for accessing a physician. These new services allow the patient to receive medications without needing to visit a physician for a physical examination. Although these services do not cover controlled substances because they do by law require the patient to have a physical exam by a physician, other medications can be obtained without a prescription. Online doctor consultations are done using patient questionnaires. The questionnaires are then submitted to the consulting physician through a secure ordering system. Although these services are not intended to replace traditional medicine, they can provide an easy solution for patients to receive prescription medications that do not require a physician’s examination.
We are committed to strictly following government regulations that cover this new and innovative health care system. Our online pharmacy only uses certified physicians who are fully licensed to practice in the United States. We also only use qualified and certified pharmacists to dispense medications. Our prescription medications are obtained by manufacturers or from large pharmaceutical wholesalers. This ensures that customers will receive the same high quality medication they would get from their local neighborhood pharmacy.
When I submit an order, what happens then?
Once you place an order for your medication, the order will be sent through a secure ordering system directly to a licensed physician for review of the questionnaire. They will then either approve or deny the request. If the order is not denied, the doctor will then write the prescription and through our safe ordering system, it will be sent directly to the pharmacy for dispensing. There it will be dispensed by a licensed pharmacist and shipped.
How do I know my information is kept private?
We place security and privacy at the top of our priority list to ensure that customer information is kept safe and confidential. Because of our full dedication to privacy, we use the best security encryption technology so personal information is submitted through a secure encrypted system that provides the highest protection. We also routinely check our security system to ensure customer information is kept confidential.
What medications can I purchase?
We offer a full list of available medications. Simply review the list to find your needed medication and place your order. We however, do not sell controlled substances online as these medications do require a physician’s visit and examination. Most other medications are available through our online pharmacy.
Where are your online consulting physicians licensed?
We only use the services of physicians who are licensed and board certified in the United States. Our pharmacies are also U.S. licensed.
Will you delivery to PO Boxes?
You must provide a home address for receiving your ordered medication, as we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Do you require someone to be home for delivery?
Yes, we do require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure the medication is received.
Will you deliver to my state?
Some states do have regulations against home delivery of medications. Before ordering, check our order form to see a list of states we can ship medication to.
What shipping services do you use?
We ship our medication orders using FedEx next day delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you cancel before the order has been doctor approved or shipped. If the medication order has been approved by the doctor or already shipped, the order cannot be canceled. For more information on our cancellation policy, see our terms and conditions section.
Can I return my order?
Due to FDA regulations, we cannot accept returned orders or exchange medications.
Will you ship medications internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship anywhere outside of the United States.
